Can I exchange an item?

Yes. We can exchange items anytime if they haven’t been used and with a receipt. Our customers can either stop by the shop and exchange for another item. Or you can ship it back with the receipt and we will send you your exchange. Just keep in mind you’ll have to pay shipping fees.

Can I return an item?

Unfortunately, because we are a small business we can only do exchanges at this time.

How do I wash my blanket?

Since all the blankets are made with Alpaca, we recommend hand-washing and air drying. Another option is machine washing with cold water on a gentle cycle and machine drying on a low heat tumble. We wash ours in the machine and they are still soft!

How do I clean my sterling silver jewelry?

There are a couple ways to clean sterling silver jewelry. We either use a sterling silver cloth or soak the jewelry in a water and detergent mixture before rubbing with a cotton cloth. We welcome you to stop by the store and we can shine it up for you for free!
